The BIAS MOVEMENT
B.I.A.S. “BECAUSE I AM SOMEBODY” & SO ARE YOU!
How many times have…
you been over looked?
someone chose someone or something else over you?
someone made plans with you then chose to go somewhere else?
you qualified for a position and you were over looked and someone else was chosen for it?
I’m Sorry “Motivational Moment”
ANOTHER MOTIVATIONAL MOMENT….
I’m sorry! Two most overused words in the English language. Even as a child we’re trained that when we make a mistake you say “I’m sorry.” Now we’re adults and just as children we continue to use these words in efforts to savor relationships and sometimes “just because.” I can remember when my mom stopped me from using those famous words.
She said “stop saying you’re sorry. Say I apologize.”
She explained to me that you apologize for something that you regret doing but, if you’re sorry you feel distressed, in a poor or pitiful condition. I can remember hearing friends and family refer to a person as “sorry;” referring to their abilities, work ethic, dependability, or lack thereof. Making them feel inferior or worthless. Now think about the times that you referred to yourself as “sorry.”
I know you’re probably thinking I didn’t say that about myself.
I love me, and you may but, how much? Was it enough to continue an unhealthy relationship because your partner said “I’m sorry” for repeated wrongs that had been done? Think about where you would’ve been had you not allowed undeserving people occupy pertinent roles in your life. It’s time now for you to apologize.
Apologize to whom? I’m glad you asked.
You’re apologizing to yourself.
For allowing the personal opinions of others to affect you in such a way that you remained stagnate. For not recognizing the authenticity of who you are, as well as not recognizing the gifts you possess or the purpose for your life (because we all have one.) You’re responsible for your own greatness. Remember there is greatness in you. You can and will be the wonderful person you’re designed to be but, only when you accept your own apology and move forward in your predestined purpose.
THIS HAS BEEN ANOTHER MOTIVATIONAL MOMENT WITH NIKITA B.

THERE’S A NEW MINISTRY OPENING:
“SIT DOWN SOME WHERE”
I’m going to propose new ministries for the body of Christ. Like for the one’s that NEVER need to walk in the church during regular walking times like everyone else.
- They wait as soon as everyone is sitting,
- OR when someone starts talking to go to the bathroom, that’s located the furthest from where they are.
- Or the person that refuses to give their announcement to the “announcer” and as soon as they say “this concludes our announcements for today, please govern yourselves accordingly” this person raises their hand and says “Uh, pastor before we move on. I have an announcement I need to make.”
DRUM ROLL PLEASE….
You have been nominated to be a part of the “SIT DOWN SOME WHERE” Ministry.
No rehearsals are needed, no special place to sit and no uniform necessary.
The only requirement is that when it’s not appropriate to be up please SIT DOWN SOME WHERE!!
YOURS TRULY,
